Eligibility Criteria:
Parameter | Requirements |
Age Limit | 22 to 40 years |
Educational Qualification | Graduate (BSW/B.A/B.Com) with computer proficiency. Basic knowledge of accounting is preferred. |
Experience | Prior experience as an Office Assistant is desirable. |
Language Skills | Fluency in local language (Tamil) is mandatory. Proficiency in English and Hindi will be an added advantage. |
Technical Skills | Knowledge of MS Office, Internet, and Tally is essential. Must possess English typing skills. Tamil typing will be an added advantage. |
Other Requirements | A valid driving license is preferred as the role involves field visits. |

Basic Salary | Rs. 20,000/- per month |
Annual Incentive | Rs. 1,500/- per year (Based on performance review) |
Fixed Conveyance Allowance (FCA) | Rs. 2,000/- per month (Conditional on minimum field visits) |
Mobile Allowance | Rs. 300/- per month |
Provident Fund, ESI & Gratuity | As per applicable rules |
Contract Extension | Renewable up to the age of 60, subject to satisfactory performance and project period limitations |
Selection Process:
The selection will be based on the following evaluation methods:
- Written Test – Assessing General Knowledge and Computer Proficiency.
- Personal Interview – Evaluating Communication Skills, Leadership Abilities, Problem-Solving Skills, and Developmental Approach.
Note: Candidates who qualify may be placed on a waiting list for future vacancies. The validity of empanelled candidates will be for one year.

- The appointment is purely contractual and does not guarantee permanent employment with Indian Bank.
- The contract will be reviewed annually and renewed based on performance.
- Termination of employment can occur at any time due to unsatisfactory performance.
- Candidates with past disciplinary issues may not be considered.
- The selected candidate must join within 15 days of receiving the offer letter.
- A medical fitness certificate from a government medical officer must be submitted before joining.
- Confidentiality Agreement: The selected candidate must not disclose any sensitive information related to INDSETI.
- In case of any falsified details in the application, the contract will be terminated immediately.
- Resignation: A one-month notice is required for resignation.
- Misconduct or non-performance may lead to disciplinary actions, including termination.
