About the Role:
Weβre looking for passionate Customer Experience Specialists to:
- Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
- Improve customer experiences by identifying and addressing patterns
- Contribute to process optimization and system enhancements
Key Responsibilities:
- Prioritize the customer-first approach in every interaction
- Resolve PhonePe account and transaction-related queries
- Handle both phone and data-driven channels
- Follow guidelines and processes to achieve resolution efficiently
- Build trust and rapport with customers through professional communication
- Meet daily and hourly productivity goals
- Escalate issues to relevant teams for quicker resolution when needed
- Recommend process improvements based on customer insights
- Educate customers on PhonePeβs full potential and features
Ideal Candidate Profile:
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- A proactive learner with strong customer orientation
- Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections tactfully
- Team player who is open to feedback and adaptable to change
- Strong multitasking and time management abilities
- Proficient in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus)
- Mandatory: Graduation (10+2+3) with 0-2 years in customer-facing roles
