About the Role:

We’re looking for passionate Customer Experience Specialists to:

  • Resolve customer issues quickly and effectively
  • Improve customer experiences by identifying and addressing patterns
  • Contribute to process optimization and system enhancements

Key Responsibilities:

  • Prioritize the customer-first approach in every interaction
  • Resolve PhonePe account and transaction-related queries
  • Handle both phone and data-driven channels
  • Follow guidelines and processes to achieve resolution efficiently
  • Build trust and rapport with customers through professional communication
  • Meet daily and hourly productivity goals
  • Escalate issues to relevant teams for quicker resolution when needed
  • Recommend process improvements based on customer insights
  • Educate customers on PhonePe’s full potential and features

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • A proactive learner with strong customer orientation
  • Good listening skills with the ability to handle objections tactfully
  • Team player who is open to feedback and adaptable to change
  • Strong multitasking and time management abilities
  • Proficient in English and Hindi (knowledge of South Indian languages is a plus)
  • Mandatory: Graduation (10+2+3) with 0-2 years in customer-facing roles
