This position is for seasoned network professionals who are familiar with advanced network operations and infrastructure support. The ideal candidate will be responsible for monitoring, troubleshooting, and maintaining network infrastructure to ensure maximum uptime and performance.


Key Responsibilities

  • Network Monitoring: Proactively monitor network systems using NOC tools to identify and mitigate potential outages or performance issues.
  • Troubleshooting: Resolve complex technical issues involving routers, switches, and other core equipment. Provide root cause analysis for critical incidents.
  • Fault Management: Log incidents, escalate critical issues, and coordinate with L1/L2 teams to ensure resolution within defined SLAs.
  • Configuration and Maintenance: Perform configuration changes on routers and switches to enhance network performance and reliability.
  • Capacity Planning: Regularly analyze network utilization and alert on any breach or risks related to capacity constraints.
  • Vendor Coordination: Collaborate with third-party vendors to resolve hardware/software issues that require external support.
  • Change Management: Participate in integrating new nodes, devices, and technologies into the network while ensuring minimal impact.
  • Reporting: Generate regular operational reports, analyze performance trends, and create incident summaries and RCA documents using Excel and related tools.

Candidate Profile

QualificationBachelor’s Degree in Engineering (Electronics, Telecom, Computer Science)
CertificationsMandatory: CCNA
Preferred: CCNP or equivalent
Technical ExpertiseBGP, OSPF, MPLS, IP (L2 & L3 technologies), Cisco Routers/Switches
Experience LevelMinimum 3 years in network operations or infrastructure support roles
Skills RequiredAnalytical thinking, problem-solving ability, fluency in English (written & spoken), advanced Excel reporting
