Key Responsibilities:
- Content Creation:
- Produce engaging, well-researched, and original content for PhD theses, research papers, academic journals, and other technical documents.
- Develop structured, reader-friendly content that meets the specific requirements of diverse academic disciplines.
- Research Support:
- Assist researchers by drafting, editing, and refining academic and technical content.
- Collaborate with PhD scholars and academic professionals to ensure content relevance, accuracy, and depth.
- Editing and Proofreading:
- Revise, proofread, and polish content to achieve clarity, coherence, and academic rigor.
- Ensure compliance with international academic writing standards, including APA, IEEE, MLA, and Chicago style guides.
- Collaboration with Experts:
- Work closely with subject matter experts to accurately present technical concepts and research findings.
- Act as a bridge between complex ideas and their clear articulation in written form.
- Adherence to Standards:
- Maintain consistency in tone, formatting, and structure across all content.
- Uphold ethical research practices by citing sources accurately and avoiding plagiarism.
Qualifications:
- Educational Background:
- A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Engineering (any discipline) is required.
- Experience:
- A minimum of 1 year of experience in PhD research assistance or technical writing is preferred.
- Freshers with excellent academic performance, strong communication skills, and a passion for writing are also encouraged to apply.
- Technical Proficiency:
- Proficient in using MS Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) for creating and formatting documents.
- Familiarity with research methodologies and academic frameworks is a plus.
Preferred Skills:
- Exceptional writing and editing skills in English with a strong command of grammar and vocabulary.
