Educational Qualifications

| Criteria | Requirement |
| Backlogs | Maximum one backlog during the online exam; must be cleared before the 8th semester. |
| Education Gap | Maximum of 3 years between 10th and commencement of graduation. No gaps allowed during graduation. |
| Graduation Completion | Must be completed within 4 years. |
| Citizenship | Indian Citizens, or PIO/OCI holders with foreign passports. Bhutan and Nepal citizens require a valid citizenship certificate. |
| Minimum Age | 18+ years at the time of joining. |

Compensation & Benefits

Stage 1 β Online Assessment (128 Minutes)

Important Guidelines & Terms
- Candidates must wait for a three-month cooling-off period before reapplying if they have already taken Wiproβs test.
- Wipro reserves the right to modify or restrict participation at any time.
- Candidates must clear an English communication test before advancing to the business discussion round.
- Shortlisted candidates will receive a Letter of Intent (LOI) and undergo pre-skilling training.
- Those who fail to meet the criteria during training will not receive the final offer letter.
- Any malpractice during assessment, interview, or training will result in disqualification.
