Key Responsibilities
- Video KYC Process Execution:
- Conduct Video KYC (VKYC) sessions with potential and existing customers as per organizational policies and government regulations.
- Coordinate effectively with sales team representatives (SPOCs) and customers to ensure smooth execution of the VKYC process.
- Compliance with Regulations and Policies:
- Ensure 100% adherence to the guidelines defined for VKYC processes, including the verification of officially valid documents (OVDs) such as Aadhaar, PAN, Passport, or other acceptable identity proofs.
- Stay updated on regulatory changes and incorporate them into the VKYC processes.
- Accurate Case Decisioning:
- Review allocated cases, execute required steps, and finalize decisions within the systems.
- Update decision-making files or systems accurately to ensure proper record-keeping and compliance.
- Performance Metrics:
- Achieve productivity benchmarks, accuracy standards, and turnaround time (TAT) targets.
- Support team goals by meeting collective objectives for process execution.
- Handling Referrals and Queries:
- Prioritize and resolve urgent customer emails, referrals, and VKYC cases with efficiency.
- Cater to escalations, exceptions, and customer queries, ensuring timely closure and satisfaction.
- Process Improvement and Gap Analysis:
- Regularly review the VKYC process and identify potential gaps or areas for improvement.
- Provide feedback for enhancing communication templates, addressing customer concerns, and root cause analyses (RCAs).
- Policy and Process Updates:
- Track and implement any new changes in policies, systems, or processes as assigned.
- Maintain documentation and ensure responsibilities are aligned with the latest organizational requirements.
- Customer Satisfaction:
- Aim for near-zero complaints from internal and external customers by delivering timely and accurate services.
- Continuously improve the customer experience by adhering to best practices and addressing feedback.
- Team Collaboration:
- Work closely with internal teams to support business requirements.
- Collaborate on exceptional requests or tasks to meet business objectives effectively.
Qualifications and Requirements
